Rollout – Cartridge Filter Unit (1000m3/h)
Oskar’s Rollout portable filtering unit is designed to exhaust and filter dry impurities. The Rollout is perfect for processes such as welding, grinding, polishing and cutting metals and plastics plus much more. This unit is not designed for filtration of air from corrosive, caustic and explosive gases and dusts.
The Rollout features a 3-stage air filtration system with a metal mesh spark trap that protects the cartridge from sparks and pre-filters the air; also, a 2nd-stage cartridge filter and a 3rd final carbon after-filter at the outlet. The cartridge filter is cleaned with a compressed air system that is located inside the cabinet (air tank with safety valve, pneumatic pulse valve).
Cleaning is started with a palm button (manually controlled cleaning) and should be performed each time the airflow decreases or at the end of a work day (depending on usage).
The Rollout filtering unit is delivered with an electrical on/off switch. Two large rear wheels and two swivel casters make Rollout easy to move and position. The unit is manufactured out of welded and powder coated steel. A self-supporting fume arms model 1620P (160mm x 1.83m) or 1630P (160mm x 3m) may also be included with the unit as standard equipment.
