Hybrid Cooling Towers
Open Hybrid Cooling Towers
Three of the Jacir hybrid open tower models have been fitting with a patented plume suppression coil; regulation of the flow is very unique within the cooling tower marketplace. These particular towers produce much dryer air, both by spraying less water and by drying it up with the coil. Water consumption is reduced by up to 80% as well as the visual plume suppression.
Visit our page on Open Hybrid Cooling Towers for more information on this range. A working demonstration of this technology can be seen at the Jacir home site.
Closed Hybrid Cooling Towers
The standard ranges CRF and KSF are designed to be fitted with plume suppression coil. This flow regulation is very unique on the market. In this case, the air is much dryer, both by spraying less water and by drying it up with the coil. In addition to the visual plume suppression, this system reduces the water consumption up to 80%, and is an additional obstacle to drift.
The hybrid closed towers are totally adapted to operate without glycol in winter and with no freezing hazard for the coil and for the exchanger. Their design makes the cleaning very easy to secure safety and performance.
