The Jacir 3C adiabatic cooler is an ideal alternative to the traditional cooling tower.
They are the ultimate solution for a wide diversity of applications for example HVAC, industrial cooling and mining. A host of standard features include; up to 80% water savings and no risk of Legionella developing so practically any existing or future installation requiring a cooling tower can be replaced by a Jacir 3C Fluid Cooler.
The Jacir 3C Fluid Cooler is a closed circuit heat rejection system. The significance of this is the condenser water flowing through the unit is in a closed loop and therefore doesn’t get exposed to outside air. The result is the fluid in the circuit remains clean and efficient.
The unit is supported by adiabatic cel-pads over the face of the coils. These pads remain dry until ambient conditions reach the point that the fan can’t handle the heat by itself; at which point, the water is switched on and the pads become wet. This process pre-cools the air before passing through the coil, increasing the efficiency of the unit.
The Jacir 3C series of environmentally sustainable heat rejection systems consists of two models ranges:
SH08 Series 8 models 50kW to 500kW
H08 Series 5 models capacities 300kW to 1300kW
The Jacir 3C Closed Circuit Coolers with air pre-cooling were developed to replace conventional cooling towers without the need to alter any existing water lines and pumps.
